🚛 ANOTHER DAY ON THE ROAD: TOULOUSE → TERRASSON → PARIS 🇫🇷 In this video, I'm taking you with me for another day on the roads of France. I left Toulouse at 7:00 AM heading towards Terrasson, near Périgueux, to pick up a full truckload of goods destined for Paris. This day is also an opportunity to talk about a significant change in my daily routine. Used to driving mainly at night, I'm starting to try working during the day. Even though the lack of sleep is sometimes noticeable and I'm still finding my rhythm, I'm increasingly appreciating the advantages of daytime driving: more natural hours, a better quality of life, and greater comfort. After loading, I headed to Paris for several hours of driving. Despite the accumulated fatigue and a rather long day, the trip went very well. Traffic remained light, and I thoroughly enjoyed this route. As is often the case in the transport industry, things don't always go according to plan. Upon arriving at the client's location, I was informed that the trailer couldn't be unloaded immediately. I therefore had to uncouple the semi-trailer, spend the night there, and return the following morning before heading out for another load in Aulnay-sous-Bois. Overall, a positive day despite this last-minute setback, which accurately reflects the reality of being a truck driver: long hours on the road, sometimes unexpected challenges, but also the pleasure of driving and the satisfaction of a job well done.
