It's that time of year when we like to visit one of the continents great cities for the run up to Christmas, We where a little late this year but, due to some family issues. But found the time to explore the beautiful city of Budapest sited on the river Danube, We stay at the Verdi, Aquincum Hotel In the old part of Buda Explored Buda Castle Tried the best Goulash we've had. at the Monks retreat. Visited the main St Stephen Markets Tried out the hotels Spa treatments. Spent the day in Szentendre Showed a local Budapest Christmas market. Dined at one of Hungary's best restaurants.
