Once, I attended a funeral with a colleague in Australia. The deceased was my friend's close friend. In Western funerals, there is a tradition that close relatives will stand up and share their memories with the deceased. When it was my friend's turn to speak, he told about their childhood memories, and how he witnessed his friend grow up and live his life. The speech was very good and touching, and there was a quote that I will always remember. It was the closing sentence that my friend used to conclude the story about his friend: "A life well lived". Four words - A life well lived - but they always lingered in my mind. It made me ask myself a question, what do I want my life to look like, so that after I die I can smile that I lived a life worth living. It gradually led me to a bigger question, which is: "How do I want my life story to be told?" And in today's episode, I will share with you the journey I took to find that answer.
