NOTE COSMETICS Mattifying Extreme Wear Foundation~ TRY-ON & REVIEW!

In this video I try on and review the NEW Note Cosmetics Mattifying Extreme Wear Foundation! It is supposed to be full coverage, matte, and last for hours! I primed and concealed one side of my face, and left the other side bare before applying the product. I wanted to see if there was a difference in the coverage and "stay-on" power throughout the day. Much to my surprise, BOTH SIDES looked the same at the end of the day! Watch to find out if this foundation was a Hit or a Miss?!
