The South African Weather Service has issued a Yellow Level 1 warning for damaging winds in the northeastern Eastern Cape Province, where localised damage to buildings, fallen trees, and possible power or communication disruptions may occur. Additionally, very cold, wet, and windy conditions are expected in the southern Namakwa of the Northern Cape Province and the Witzenberg Municipality in the Western Cape Province.
