CNTE vuelve a hacer caos: bloqueos, barricadas y Reforma tomada

The CNTE teachers' union brought Mexico City to a standstill for the fourth consecutive day with blockades on major thoroughfares such as Circuito Interior and Paseo de la Reforma. Members of Section 22 from Oaxaca carried out a gradual, incremental protest starting at the Estela de Luz monument, where they condemned the events in Mitla and accused the government of a politically motivated strategy to weaken the teachers' movement. During the protest, the teachers tore down barriers to create barricades and blocked traffic for several hours, although they allowed ambulances to pass.
