This is Sesame Street: Elmo's Reading Basics, a game originally published in 1998 by Creative Wonders and Children's Television Workshop. Part of the Elmo's Reading: Preschool and Kindergarten 2-disc set along with Elmo Through the Looking Glass, children playing the game learn basic skills essential for reading. There are six different games with three difficulty levels that adapt to your individual pace. In 2006, the title was re-released by Encore Software and Sesame Workshop as a standalone product.
