Taking On Water - Project Speedboat Part 5
Restoration of a tired old rigid hull inflatable boat. It's finally nearly there, this episode features a much needed bilge pump installation, transom reinforcement and some new seats... yes goodbye tractor seats :( It's a classic Avon Searider, an early type or rib. This one is from 1977. Stay tuned for more adventures, once complete our plan is to circumnavigate the UK, all 1500miles of it! If you fancy joining me on the trip let me know, we now have four seats!
