Defibrilasyon Uygulaması

*Shockable cardiac arrest rhythms such as Ventricular Fibrillation (VF) and Pulseless Ventricular Tachycardia (nVT) represent situations where the heart's electrical activity is chaotic and ineffective. In these rhythms, the heart muscle cannot contract in an organized manner, and therefore, effective blood pumping does not occur. This leads to a rapid interruption of oxygen flow to the brain and other vital organs. Defibrillation is the only definitive method used to treat these rhythms. *Time is critical for a successful outcome; each passing minute significantly reduces the chance of successful defibrillation and the patient's survival rate. Therefore, when a shockable rhythm is detected, immediate defibrillation simultaneously with high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a fundamental intervention to maximize the patient's chances of survival.
