Why I Only Go to the Gym 3 Times Per Week

The gym should enrich your life-- not be another source of stress or control in it! I don't care about being the most optimal or doing what is perfect for building muscle. I just enjoy the lifestyle of working out and and the routine that comes with going to the gym. Training only 3 times a week also makes me think about what else to do with my time. What other hobbies would you get up to if you spent the same focus/time on your hobbies/interests as you did the gym?
