How to Cut + Weld a 6BT Manifold for a 4BT × Cummins Discovery #22 [Land Rover Build]

Walk thru of how to cut a 6BT manifold down to fit a 4BT. Why? My new big turbo stands tall & I wanted an option to lower it. It's not a hard process, just time consuming. Also you could cut 2 ports off one end, rather than 1 port from each end, so that you end up with an offset flange. Multiple ways to make a 6BT manifold fit your application! ~ PART#22 in a project dubbed "Nanuuq" to swap out my lifted Land Rover Discovery 2's blown 4.0L V8 & boring ZF auto for a Cummins 4BT 3.9L turbo (Holset Super HX30W) diesel 4-cylinder engine (Bosch P7100 pump) with an NV4500 5-speed manual transmission. The AWD 4x4 will remain with the LT230 transfer case divorced behind it all, & plenty of Dodge 6BT parts too.
