With a trembling voice and teary eyes, Nadiem admitted he no longer knew who to turn to for justice. "I don't know who to turn to anymore, where I can get justice. My only hope is for the Indonesian people. My only hope is for everyone who still believes that truth matters in this country," Nadiem said at the Corruption Court on Tuesday. After saying this, Nadiem paused for a moment. His head lowered, his face scrunched up with tears. Nadiem then explained that he had been fighting for the past year to reveal the truth in court.
