Day 4 Complete! Learning to Pace Myself | 75 Hard

75 Hard – Day 4 ✅ Day 4 is officially complete! Another successful day in the books, but it definitely came with some challenges. The biggest struggle today was fitting in that second workout. Staying consistent with two workouts a day takes planning and discipline, especially when the day gets busy. Once I got it done, though, it felt great to keep the streak alive. I also pushed myself pretty hard during the second workout and realized I need to do a better job of pacing myself. The goal isn't just to survive 75 Hard—it's to stay consistent for all 75 days. Learning when to push and when to manage my energy is going to be an important part of this journey. One day at a time. Four days down, 71 to go.
