ATM challenges Phala Phala interdict in ConCourt

The African Transformation Movement (ATM) and its parliamentary leader, Vuyo Zungula, filed an urgent application in the Constitutional Court seeking to appeal the Western Cape High Court's decision to grant President Cyril Ramaphosa an interim interdict halting Parliament's Impeachment Committee. The committee was suspended pending the outcome of the President's review application challenging the findings of the Section 89 Independent Panel. The matter stems from the 2020 theft of foreign currency at Ramaphosa's Phala Phala farm.
