Dressing Down a Bride
The plaintiff says she got married eight months ago and nearly had to walk down the aisle without a wedding dress. She claims she hired the defendant to make a custom gown, but when the wedding was only a month away, the defendant had not completed the dress. The plaintiff says she had to hire someone else to finish the job and is now suing for a refund. The defendant says she tried her best to accommodate the plaintiff, but claims the plaintiff repeatedly changed her mind about the design. She argues she put in significant work and that the plaintiff chose to cancel the agreement and go elsewhere. The defendant is countersuing for the remaining balance on the contract and defamation of character. Subscribe to our channel: / @peoplescourttv #PeoplesCourt #RealityTV #Court
