Toasted white sesame seeds and a pinch of chopped green onions Method 1. Clean the fish and pat dry. 2. Mix the teriyaki sauce and set aside. 3. Sprinkle a little salt on the fish to enhance the flavor. Sprinkle a thin layer of cornstarch on the fish to help the sauce adhere better. 4. Heat 1-2 tsp of vegetable oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, place the fish in the pan, skin-side down, and grill until the skin is golden brown and crispy. Flip the fish over and continue grilling. 5. Grill over medium heat until the fish is almost cooked through. Add the teriyaki sauce mixture and simmer over medium heat until the sauce has reduced. **Be careful not to use high heat as this can cause the sauce to burn. 6.
