Minimal preparation – maximum enjoyment! 📝 Ingredients: • 3 hot dog buns • 6 slices of cheese • 3 smoked sausages • 150 g grated cheese For the sauce: • 70 g mayonnaise • 50 g tomato ketchup • 1 tsp mustard • 30 g red onion (finely diced) • 1 dill pickle (diced) 👨‍🍳 Preparation: Cut the hot dog buns lengthwise (do not cut all the way through). Place two slices of cheese in each bread roll. Make a small incision in the sausages and place them in the bread rolls. Mix together mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard. Stir in the red onion and gherkin and mix everything well. Spread the sauce generously over the sausages. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
