Järgmise taseme trenn kodus, jõusaalis või spordiklubis tegemiseks. Tee esimesed sammud kaalust alla saamiseks. Treening ei vaja ei trenažööri ega hantleid - piisab kahest 0,5l veepudelist kätte. Trenni saad kaasa teha personaaltreeneriga samas tempos, vahepeal pausile panema ei pea ning kogu trenn on video pikkune ehk alla 20 minuti. Õige pea tuleb ka järgmise taseme kava.
