The ruins of the medieval fortress attract history buffs, hikers, and those who appreciate the beautiful views. Today's opening was an opportunity to showcase the results of the work involved in preparing the facility for visitors. These efforts improved accessibility and safety while preserving the historic character of this unique site. During the ceremony, the importance of Sobień Castle for promoting the region and protecting local cultural heritage was emphasized. Local government officials emphasized that investments in historical monuments are also investments in the development of tourism and building the attractiveness of the Sanok County. Starting today, tourists can once again visit the castle ruins, learn about its rich history, and admire one of the most beautiful panoramas of the San Valley. Organizers hope that the site will become an even more popular tourist destination in the region, especially during the upcoming summer season.
