Kim Larsen (Big Country PCN) and Angie Stewart (Kneehill Regional FCSS) will be presenting on their ‘Living The Dementia Journey’ presentation to raise awareness of dementia and combat stigma in Kneehill County. Join The Connecting People and Community for Living Well Group Monthly Partners' Meeting. *These Partners' Meetings are open to anyone with an interest in supporting seniors and other underserved populations to live well in the community, and you may attend any or all of the series as your schedule permits. The Connecting People & Community Partners’ Meetings are held the 4th Tuesday of each month from 10-11am MT and feature topics and presenters of interest to those who serve seniors and other vulnerable people in the community. These optional meetings are open to all and are attended by people from across the province (and beyond), representing variety of sectors and organizations as well as the general public. The meetings are recorded, and the recording link and meeting materials are shared via email and the CORE Alberta platform.
