Today I'm heading into the kitchen for a huge challenge: baking eclairs by myself for the very first time! 👨‍🍳 (Or well, at least that was the plan...) What started as a dream of perfect French patisserie quickly ended in a complete eclair fail. Flat choux pastry, collapsed dough, and a whole lot of frustration... But giving up is not an option!
