Catholic Priest on the Camino 3/3

"May I ask why are you doing the Camino?", "Where are you from?", "Is it your first camino?", "What albergue are you staying at tonight?"... Those questions and many more we hear and ask every day on the Camino de Santiago. But, seriously, why was i doing the Camino? My name is Fr. Joseph Daiif. I was born and raised in Lebanon, moved to Italy in 2013 and then to the United Stated in 2016. After ten years of service in the Eparchy of St. Maron of New York, i took my sabbatical, and i chose to start it with the Camino Frances. But before i set off for the Camino i prayed thus: Lord I ask you to put put of way to Santiago people i need and people who need me! On April 19th 2026 i joined the list of millions of pilgrims who walked the Camino Frances, passing through mountains, fields, plains, and valleys. I arrived in Santiago on May 22nd 2026 after 33-day walk, 34 in total (1 day off in Leon). This video is the last of 3 episodes about my spiritual experience on the Camino Frances. I hope you enjoy them. Piano performer: Mr. Pierre Fares Buen Camino peregrinos. Fr. Joseph Daiif
