In this video, Christine shared an exciting look at a new AI agent she and her team have built—aptly named “Christine.” The agent is designed to help Microsoft partners quickly answer questions about the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace, combining public Microsoft documentation with years of real‑world partner insight accumulated by her team. Also discussed was about Resale Enabled Offers (REOs): where the ISV is able to authorize a partner to resell their existing Marketplace offer, with the partner leading the sale and transacting through Microsoft Marketplace.
