Recipe : Egg Curry (with Kori Rotti ) Ingredients : 1) Egg : 7 Oil fry 👇 1) Red Chilly : 10 2) Onion : 1/2 3) Coriander seeds : 2 and half tsp 4) Cumin seeds : 1/2 tsp 5) Mustard seeds : 1/2 tsp 6) Curry leaves : little *Other Ingredient (don't fry ) 1) Grated Coconut : 1 portion 2) Garlic cloves : 5 to 6 3) Tamarind : small piece 4) Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp Now put all the Ingredients in a mixer jar and make a smooth paste of it. Then Boil 1 finely chopped Tomato and 1/2 Onion with 1 glass of water . Later add the masala Adjust salt and let it boil. *Now add curry leaves little Lastly add Eggs (as shown in the video ) *Let it Boil Tasty Egg curry is ready to eat .Serre it With Udupi /Mangalore's famous dish Kori Rotti .
