Presence is Golden
Being present in the moment to any or all of our senses, signals to the nervous system, that there is safety. When we signal safety, it allows the nervous system to go into the parasympathetic mode, or rest and digest. This state is an access point for releasing physical and emotional resistance that gets in the way of us being aligned, authentic and strong and body and mind.
