He plays as a flanker. Hisayuki Akashi Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1997. He covered the Tsukuba University Rugby Club for the Tsukuba University Newspaper. In April 2020, he joined Baseball Magazine Co., Ltd. and was assigned to the Rugby Magazine editorial department.
