Pat Gilroy's Presentation at Acumen & Trust Employee Benefits Seminar 2013

The Acumen & Trust seminar featured Pat Gilroy, CEO Dalkia Ireland and UK, and All-Ireland winning Dublin manager, who shared with us, his experiences of empowering teams to achieve their goals. He highlighted how important it is to empower players to decide for themselves what the key actions are to ensure success in a match. That way, they buy in to the strategy and feel a sense of ownership of it, which motivates them to achieve their goals.
