Last year's oleh chadash (new immigrant) is this year's field manager David Stefansky who last year worked in the olive groves for the 1st time, made aliya and continued on as our field manager. David has to organize planting days and olive harvesting, by coordinating between the farmers and the nursery and he's responsible for organizing volunteers and workers for the olive harvest, culminating with the transport of the olives to the olive press and then transporting the oil to our Netanya headquarters.
