Introducing yakitori recipes. We'll explain in detail how to make simple yakitori at home. This time, we'll use a charcoal grill to explain everything beginners need to know about making yakitori. We'll use 600g of chicken thighs to make three types of yakitori: negi-ma, thigh skewers, and chicken skin. We'll clearly explain the steps involved in making yakitori, from prepping the ingredients to skewering (how to make yakitori: skewering) and grilling, while showing you the actual process. We've aimed to make the instructions easy to follow, even for beginners. We'll use both salt and yakitori sauce (commercially available yakitori sauce) for seasoning. We'll grill the popular classic yakitori recipes, "sauce-grilled" and "salt-grilled," using the heat that only a charcoal grill can provide.
