TEMPO equipment - microbiological tests
The microbiological analysis of food is an extremely important tool for assessing food safety. The SGS microbiology laboratory in Portugal has automated some of its microbiology tests through analysis of hygiene indicators using the Most Probable Number (MPN) TEMPO® method. The results are extremely reliable, offering a reduced response time, compared to standardized methods.
