Peel apples and cut into 4 pieces. 2. gently heat apples with cane sugar, coconut oil and liquor until the sauce thickens. 3. place the apples into cake tin. 4. mix all the ingredients of tart crust and roll out to the same size as the tin 5. put the dough on apples. make some holes. 6. bake at 410F/210C for 15 minutes. 7. turn down the heat to 350F/180C and bake another 15 minutes. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 「材料」 フィリング りんご（紅玉）　800g きび砂糖　100g ココナッツオイル　20g ラム　大さじ2 クラスト 全粒薄力粉　140g タピオカ澱粉　30g メープルシロップ　50g オイル　50g 「作り方」 １、りんごの皮をむき、４等分します。 ２、きび砂糖、ココナッツオイル、ラム酒と一緒に弱火で煮ます。 ３、りんごを型に綺麗に並べます。 ４、クラスト生地の材料を全て混ぜ合わせ、型のサイズと同じくらいに伸ばします。 ５、クラスト生地をりんごの上にのせ、小さい穴を数カ所に空けておきます。 ６、２１０℃で１５分焼きます。 ７、１８０℃に温度を下げ、さらに１５分焼きます。 ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients in this recipe are: Bob's Red Mill, Organic, Whole Wheat Pastry Flour http://www.iherb.com/Bob-s-Red-Mill-O...
