Painted pottery and a Platform Mound May 13, 2024 Arizona desert hike
I visited an area the Hohokam lived in 1000 years ago. I found loads of broken pottery including many painted pieces. I also happened onto the Platform Mound which was likely the centerpiece of the habitation area, a rock alignment, and a roadrunner! Music from: 1. Pixabay, RomanSenykMusic 2.
