It’s a new beginning for our family here in our African village. 🌱🏡 For more than 10 years, we focused on building our dream home. During that long journey, our kitchen garden slowly disappeared as construction took over the land. But today marks a very special moment — we are finally bringing our dream garden back to life. Early in the morning, we head to the garden to prepare the soil, plant new seeds, and start rebuilding the space that once fed our family. Just as we begin planting, the rain arrives over our village, blessing the land and the seeds we have planted. 🌧️ After a long day of work in the garden, we return home to prepare a warm village meal — curry chicken cooked slowly over the fire. Moments like this remind us that simple living, family, and food from the land are some of life’s greatest blessings.
