La Soledad - Daniel Habif

There are moments in life when you've made so many mistakes that you no longer know which ones are yours and which aren't; you have so many debts to yourself that you don't know how to repay them. I've set such high standards in my life that sometimes I feel alone and like I don't fit in. But recently I decided to take a trip to meet up with a good friend, and when I saw her, the first thing I felt was vertigo. There she was, waiting for me! Silent as always, without intermediaries. I said to her: Forgive me, it's been so long since I heard from you. It's been so long since I visited you, since I turned down the volume of the world around me. I had to walk a long way for the murmur to disappear so I could hear you speaking clearly within my ribs. Sharp as the first second of life, always speaking in Morse code: "Tum tum, tum tum." Oh, my solitude! Silent but perfect in every note. To lose solitude is to lose the opportunity to enjoy oneself. We were taught to accompany others, but not to live in solitude, and it was in solitude that an impossible dream slipped in through the door of maybe. *Thank you for sharing and helping me take this message further than I ever imagined. I bless you and thank you from the bottom of my heart; allow me into your hearts. ----------------------------------- Written & Performed: Daniel Habif Directed & Shot: Rocco Portillo Producer: Vanna Samano Management: Anyha Ruiz Agency: NHOMADA Studio Special Thanks: Grupo Silsal #DanielHabif #Unbreakable
