Is the MTR3B Currahee a flop? Let's find out now!

Welcome back! Let's see how the LNR Precision MTR3B Currahee does on a CW POTA activation! Back at Goodrich State Forrest to put the MTR through a shake down run. Well, it may be great for ultralight, long distance hiking, morse code sending, backcountry adventures. But for shorter hikes and regular use, it's a total flop for me. LNR lead the way with ultra small, power efficient CW radios for a long time. MTRs were and still are sought after, but so many other radios of similar price, size, and power consumption have come on the market. The King may not be down, but he's on the ropes! Unfortunately the MTR3B Currahee is just the same radio as previous models, with a fancier screen. Thanks for watching! As always, y'all be good. 72!
