I hope you enjoy it :) CORNMEAL CAKE WITH GUAVA PASTE RECIPE Ingredients: 1 can of corn 1 can of coconut milk 1/2 can of olive oil 1 can of sugar 3 eggs 1 can of cornmeal 2 tablespoons of baking powder Guava paste (to taste) Shredded coconut (to taste) Preparation: In a blender, blend the corn (without water), coconut milk, sugar, eggs, and olive oil (blend very well) Then add the cornmeal and blend very well Add the baking powder and shredded coconut and stir gently with a spoon Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and add the guava paste Bake in a preheated oven at 180º for 40 minutes 🎁Want to send me something?
