Competing at ATHX Games Miami

6 months after retiring from bodybuilding, I've already managed to find a new way to challenge myself and get out on the competition floor... I joined a CrossFit gym back in January and immediately fell in love with "functional fitness". When I heard that the ATHX Games competition was coming to the US for the first time, and even better that it would be taking place at Miami Beach, I knew I had to sign up! So here it is-my first ever CrossFit competition, hopefully the first of many.
