prise de tension artérielle manuellement - infirmier - prise de la pression artérielle manuellement

Lots of tips for nurses and demonstrations of several paramedical "nursing" procedures ---------------------- Manual blood pressure measurement Detailed demonstration What happens: Put the stethoscope to your ears and place the chestpiece over the artery. Close the valve and begin inflating the cuff to 200 to the maximum. This stops the flow of blood through the artery in the arm. When the cuff pressure is higher than the systolic blood pressure, blood does not flow and no sound is audible. When the cuff pressure decreases, blood begins to flow through the artery and causes the walls to vibrate, compressed by the device. Each heartbeat thus produces a regular sound, synchronous with the pulse. The pressure recorded by the manometer at the moment this sound appears is the systolic blood pressure. As the cuff continues to deflate, the noises stop when the pressure exerted by the cuff becomes lower than that caused by blood flow. The number indicated by the needle of the pressure gauge then gives the diastolic blood pressure. --------------------- If you have any questions, contact me or leave a comment!!! ---------------------------------------------- Channel:    / @soinsinfirmier   ----------- Facebook:   / soinsinfi   ------------ Instagram: @soinsinfi ---------- Contact me: [email protected]
