In this video, I demonstrate a countertop magnetic stirrer that I purchased on Amazon. This time of year, one of the most frequent liquids I prepare is 2 to 1 sugar water for my observation honey bee hive. Stirring in that much sugar into a relatively small quantity of purified water can take some time, so I thought I'd get a magnetic stirrer and let it just self-stir. The only thing I didn't like about this particular stirrer is the length of the electrical cord, it's around 3' and I would have liked the standard 6' cord for the added placement convenience. This unit is inexpensive and did a great job, I do recommend getting a larger stirring pellet. Want to annoy your wife? Set up a beaker to stir your coffee or hot chocolate for that perfect "blend" with no sugar at the bottom ;) Thanks for watching as always!
