[JAPAN] Nijiro Murakami Tribute - Actor

This video introduces you to Mr Nijiro Murakami, one of Japan's hopeful actors. Nijiro was born in Tokyo to Japanese parents. His mother is a Jazz singer in Canada and his father is an actor; Nijiro is the eldest of the four children who live in Japan partially and Canada partially, speaking fluent Canadian English and French in addition to Japanese. When Nijiro's parents got divorced in 2006, he was 9 years old. The children grew up with his mother in Canada until they became teenagers. Nijiro attended the elementary and secondary schools in Canada; in Japan, he lived in Okinawa with his mother and other siblings. When Nijiro became a junior high school student, he again returned to Canada, studying in Montreal, learning French. In July 2014, Nijiro starred in the movie, "The Second Window," for the first time in the movie. The film was awarded the 29th Takasaki Film Festival Best New Actor Award. He got the role through his father's connection. In 2015, Nijiro appeared in the TV drama for the first time in the serial drama, "Tenshi no Knife." Since then, Nijiro was cast in the special drama, "The flower I saw that day." Nijiro also starred in the stage play as well, appearing on the stage of “Abandon the Calligraphy, Let's Go to Town.” In 2016, he starred in Satoshi Terao's "Sunday Theatre, Soba-Bason Shishi" and made his first appearance in a commercial golden time drama series.
