Kayaking with AZRA through the Grand Canyon down the Colorado River

Completed a trip off my Bucket List! Full canyon, 14 day, classic adventure and kayak support trip with Nantahala Outdoor Center through Arizona Raft Adventures. August 28th- Sept 10th, 2024 The trip started around 11,000 cfs and dropped down to around 7-8000 cfs for September. The trip included 3 kayaks, 1 dory, 1 paddle raft, and 4 oar rafts. The Colorado River was a cool 50 degrees. The whitewater was some of the biggest I have experienced. I lost my Werner Sho-Gun paddle at Granite Rapid. If you find it along the river, let me know! The highlights of my trip were House Rock Rapid, Hance Rapid, Lava Falls, the delicious food, and sleeping under the dark sky full of stars!
