I’ve been contemplating on piercing my left ear so I decided to get my conch done with the fear of it swelling and getting infected the first week (that happened to a helix piercing that I sadly had to retire years and years ago) but the opposite happened, it was so good to me that I went back to get my rook done exactly a week after. Pain wise getting pierced was not bad for both but I know the healing process is a whole different beast.
