While operating a model house, I do not limit myself to showing only the homes I want to showcase; I am able to open up every home constructed by Plantree. Considering cost-effectiveness, I have established a company structure and attention to detail. By building houses without subcontracting—excluding electrical work, plumbing, and a few other specialized tasks—I minimize my profit margins. We are building Passive Houses at the actual construction cost level of standard homes built by famous companies.
