Situ Datar Buana is a natural destination in the form of a natural lake formed by natural processes. And Situ Datar Buana is located in a tea plantation area managed by PTPN VIII since 1889, at that time the plantation was pioneered by K.A.R. Bosscha. Before it was like now, Situ Datar had a function as a fishing spot and as a water source for washing clothes for local residents. But now it has changed its function as one of the beautiful camping grounds as well as a tourist attraction located in South Bandung, precisely in the Pangalengan area with an altitude of approximately 1600 meters above sea level.
