In this episode I purchased a 1975 Mercury 4hp outboard that did not run and I go through my process of bringing it back to life. We rebuild the fuel pump and carburetor, discover why the water pump was not pumping as it should be. I did find out why it would not run and come up with an inexpensive fix.
