Okay, everyone knows that the Burj Khalifa tower in Dubai is currently the word's tallest structure, but for a time this one had that honor. And it still is currently the tallest structure in the entire western hemisphere, so it's noteworthy in its own right. This is part 1 of my next overland travel series where I motor the BMW R1200GS Adventure from where I've been working in Minnesota all the way back home to Utah. Part 1 includes this tower, a stop in Fargo (my first ever visit, and I'm a huge fan of the movie so I've naturally been drawn to the city anytime I'm in the region!), and onto a pretty special little camp in the middle of the greenbelt called Jorgens Hollow Campground.
