New Deck and Bubble, Scarfing Plywood and Laminating Mahogany | The Stapley Boat Restoration Pt6

In this video I am installing the new deck on the Stapley, a 1971 wooden Ski race boat that I am currently restoring. I show how to scarf join plywood using a jig to cut the scarf joint with a circular saw. In this video I show how to cut a traditional plywood scarf joint and a stepped plywood scarf joint. I also show how to laminate mahogany forming a coaming around the cockpit. I am installing a dashboard and glovebox on the boat all cut from plywood faced with mahogany.
