Pedi DEMISSÃO no Japão - oque me fez tomar essa decisão

After three years living in Japan, I made one of the most important decisions of my life: to quit my job at the factory where I had worked the entire time. In this video, I share my story honestly and explain why I decided to give up a stable job to seek new opportunities for growth in Japan. Many people believe that living in Japan means getting rich quickly. I also thought that way before arriving here. The reality, however, is quite different. Japan does offer many job opportunities, especially for Brazilians, but it also presents challenges, particularly for those who don't yet master the Japanese language. During those three years working in a factory in Japan, I managed to grow professionally. I started as a production operator, was promoted to line leader, and later took on even more responsibilities. I received salary increases and had stability, but I realized that I had reached a point where there were no more real opportunities for advancement. In this video, I explain how complacency can be one of the biggest enemies of those living abroad. Many times, a good salary and a comfortable routine cause us to stop pursuing our true goals. That's exactly what happened to me. I also explain how the job market works for Brazilians in Japan, the difference between working for a contractor and being a permanent factory employee, as well as the difficulties faced by those seeking professional growth without speaking fluent Japanese. Even without another job guaranteed, I made the decision to quit my job. It was a leap of faith, accompanied by a lot of planning and the certainty that I needed to leave my comfort zone to build a better future. After a few months searching for the right opportunity, I managed to start a new phase of my life working as an electrician in Japan, a sector that offers real possibilities for professional growth and even self-employment in the future. Today I understand that financial success doesn't just depend on earning a good salary or working many overtime hours. It's necessary to seek personal development, learn new skills, invest in the Japanese language, and be willing to face new challenges. If you dream of living in Japan, already live here, or are thinking about working in the country, I believe this story can offer important reflections on career, professional growth, the courage to change your life, and financial planning. On this channel, I share my routine, experiences as a Brazilian living in Japan, tips on work, Japanese culture, cost of living, learning the Japanese language, and the challenges and opportunities I encounter on this journey.
