KINNA MCA OPPOSES MRQ ENDORSEMENT, RALLIES SUPPORT FOR GUYO

Kinna Ward MCA Major Jillo has distanced himself from a decision reportedly endorsing Mohamed Roba Qoto as the sole candidate for the Isiolo gubernatorial seat from the Karayu community, arguing that the decision was made by a committee and not by the elders, who have yet to reach such a resolution. Speaking in Cherab Sub-County, MCA Jillo said Governor Abdi Guyo has elevated members of the Karayu community within his administration and also supported Tubi Junior, helping him secure victory in the by-election to become the Isiolo South MP. He further alleged that two individuals behind the endorsement push were also involved in planning the failed impeachment attempt against Governor Guyo.
