It has to do with how positive or negative we are. Our brain has these pathways and every pathway can be a negative or a positive one. If we’re always thinking positive our brain has positive pathways. Same goes for negative. It made me look up more info on it. Positive thinking changes the chemistry of the brain affecting genetic markers and can change brain cells. The change of genetic traits is a catalyst for our well-being and future generations. Meaning we can re-wire our brain to be happier by training it to focus on the positive. So, making a concerted effort to look for the good in every situation, no matter how small. In this case, how we view ourselves, our limits we set ourselves. We may have certain situations that we may see as a barrier and cannot move forward from there. But, is there another way?
